On Snow

Stay up to date by getting notified of new posts!

Saturday was my 26th birthday and what could be better than snowboarding. Conditions were the best I have experienced all season with the cold temps and lots of snowmaking. There were some new trails open and it was cold enough for them to make snow all day and night on Hard Core and Thin Slice so maybe those will be open soon. They were still working on some park features until mid day and had some nice new setups. It was a little crowded for the day and night session but that was to be expected. We were supposed to ride Sunday as well, but the trip was cut short due to icy roads getting us stranded high on a mountain in Blowing Rock where we were staying.

App was in GREAT shape Saturday.
