Monday was just as fun as Sunday.

As Winter Storm Izzy moved north, the northwest flow kicked in and delivered nearly as much fun.

What an incredible three-day stretch.

Conditions were incredible on Monday, and we expect more of the same over the coming days.

Before leaving Snowshoe yesterday, Kenny snuck in a couple of laps and posted a video over on Insta and Facebook.

That is incredible.

The resorts also showcased the conditions yesterday, and this one from Canaan Valley was awesome.

Look at that powder.

The northwest flow portion of the event certainly delivered as the snow piled up yesterday.

Snowshoe Mountain was the Monday big winner with 13″ of fresh pow to bring their storm total to 22″ since Sunday morning.

Canaan Valley and Timberline narrowly missed out on a double-digit Monday tally with 9.9″, and that brought their storm total 18.7″.

Beech and Sugar Mountain also had solid days with 7″ of fresh snow. That brought Beech’s total for the event to 27″ while Sugar is coming in at 23″

How sweet is that?

For the full report, be sure to hop over to the Snow Reports page where we have the 24-hour totals along with the totals since Sunday morning.

A couple of quick notable items from the report:

  • Canaan Valley has opened up the natural snow-only trails to bump their open slope count to 28.
  • Wolf Ridge has joined the 100% club as they are reporting all 15 slopes open for play.
  • Ski Sapphire Valley is on its normal schedule and will reopen on Friday at noon.
  • Omni Homestead is also closed for the midweek period.

Things are looking incredible if you can take a snow day. We are also keeping our eyes on Thursday and the weekend as we could have some more potential winter weather.

I am loving this pattern flip so hopefully, we can keep it going.

With the snow, social media gets even more awesome.

That does it for today, but until tomorrow, #ThinkSnow!
