Today’s featured image is a beautiful shot from Snowshoe Mountain.

Here comes the cold again, and it is bringing some light snow with it.

The January pattern keeps on giving as we have another awesome day to ski and ride.

Snowshoe picked up 4″ of fresh powder overnight bringing their week total to 27″.

Winterplace, Wisp, Canaan Valley, and Timberline also picked up some light snow as well.

We will see some snow continue throughout the day, but the big story is the cold that is coming.

Our own Brad Panovich posted his latest skier’s forecast overnight, and the forecast is looking phenomenal for the ski resorts.

Pretty sweet forecast.

We did receive some underdeveloped snow in part of the region tonight, but it didn’t put a dent in things. We are seeing some of the leftover moisture switch over to snow – which will help replenish the ambiance if nothing else.

The resorts are still featuring some incredible conditions on the slopes this morning.
