Bear Claw Tubing Park

Wisp is adding a second conveyor carpet lift to get you up the mountain faster, leaving more time for sliding down 10+ lanes of snow tubing.

The 5,000-square-foot Bear Claw Tubing Park Center, opened in 2007, houses all tubing services at the Bear Claw Snow Tubing Park, including tubing and Mountain Coaster ticket sales, food and beverage facilities and a retail shop. The structure has 26-foot-tall cathedral ceilings and skylights and overlooks the tubing lanes. Bear Claw Snow Tubing Park features 10 lanes and will feature two conveyor carpets this year. The first conveyor carpet was installed during the 2006/2007 winter season and the second carpet will be installed in early December. Tubing is one of the fastest growing winter sports in America, and Bear Claw is open seven days a week throughout the winter season, offering tubing in specified two-hour sessions on weekends and one open session during the week. The entire family can participate, now that Wisp has also added a mini-sledding area specifically for children fewer than 42 inches tall.
