I arrived in Boone yesterday around 6:00 PM and the roads were great, my plans were for Beech in the morning. Grab a shower and a burger, get back to the condo and light flurries set in. Get up this morning, about 1" of fresh has fallen overnight and it’s still coming down. Change of plans, I don’t care for the road up to Beech in my Civic without chains, next best plan Sugar. Get to Sugar about 9 ish, snow still coming down. I have to say this was the best day I have ever had at Sugar, no lift lines and the whole mountain is open. Anyway here’s the pics….
