Ober Gatlinburg is kicking off the 2019-20 season in style on Friday, Nov. 22.
Ober is hosting the 10th Annual Back in Blue Rail Jam at the resort’s tubing park. The event is open to both skiers and snowboarders, and registration starts at 4 p.m.
Event participants will have use of the facilities with a full Rail Jam set-up. and spectators will have ample viewing and snow-side seating.
The Back in Blue event is the earliest on-snow freestyle event in the southeast.
There is a $20 registrant fee, and includes event t-shirt, and a raffle ticket (including a GoPro Camera and several other great prizes).
Helmets are required.
After the event, Ober Gatlinburg will prep the hill for snow tubing which will open on Saturday.
