Looks like there is some cold weather coming back in to allow for snowmaking and maybe even some natural snow.  Here’s the latest for the mountains of the Southeast:

Southern Appalachians (NC / Tennessee and Virginia)

Thursday – Hi: 37 Lo: 22 – Mostly cloudy; Early AM rain showers changing to snow flurries (east) & snow showers (western mtn tops); Falling temps; NW wind 15-25 mph with gusts to 45 mph

Friday – Hi: 38 Lo: 23 – Becoming mostly sunny; Cold; NW wind 10-20 mph with AM gusts to 40 mph, becoming NW 5-15 mph at night

Saturday – Hi: 48 Lo: 30 – Mostly clear day; Scattered nighttime clouds; Not as cold

Sunday – Hi: 49 Lo: 34 – Lots of clouds; Seasonal temps

West Virginia and Maryland Mountains:

Thurs – Hi: 45 | Lo: 28 – Rain to Snow

Fri – Hi: 48 | Lo: 27 – Rain / Snow

Sat – Hi: 49 | Lo: 32 – Sunny

Sun – Hi: 47 | Lo: 30 Sunny
