Catalochee Ski Area is set to kick off the 2023-24 season.
The Maggie Valley, NC ski area will drop the rope at 9a on Wednesday, Nov. 29. Cataloochee will open for day session only with lifts running until 4:30p.
Night sessions will begin on Dec. 9.
The resort has been able to take advantage of fantastic snowmaking conditions over the past few days to get things ready for the season.
Tubing World will open on Saturday, Dec. 2.
