The ski area has temporarily suspended operations for the upcoming week until snowmaking temperatures move back into the area.
Tube World located in Maggie Valley, 4 miles from the ski area will be on its regular operating schedule of Thursday through Sunday and will reopen on Thursday, January 19 at 4pm. Tubing will be on a first come, first served basis this coming weekend, unless you already have reservations in place.
The ski area plans to reopen on Thursday, January 26. As always, we suggest you check back with us or visit our website at www.cataloochee.com as we move forward into next week.
