Remember reading someone post that to get the most out of skiing/riding in the SE you need to visit many different resorts.I couldn’t agree more .I decided to head down to wintergreen for a 1/2 day from our massanutten condo.Made it over to the highlands and grabbed the first chair up. It was in the upper 20’s clear ,no wind. Nice to go as fast as you want with no one around for a few runs. I then went over to the big acorn area around 10 .Still no tracks? But it was so nice to get out and ride with the sun shining on my back after all those -20 windchill days in West Virginia.
