Snowshoe’s Andrea Smith reports, "Our friends at Head Skis and Burton Snowboards have teamed up with us to offer women some incredible coaching. Women can hone their skills with the likes of US Snowboard team member Molly Aguirre, and former US Ski Team members Lisa Densmore and Pam Fletcher. These camps will offer women the opportunity to enhance their skiing and riding skills regardless of ability level. Both camps will offer the full resort skiing and riding experience, complete with gear clinics, female specific hard good demos and some killer happy hour parties! It’s the perfect offering of female snow culture, right here at Snowshoe."
Here’s the schedule:
Burton’s Women’s Snowboard Camp – Jan. 6th-9th
During this camp, female snowboarders from beginner to advanced will have the opportunity to take their riding to the next level. The first day you’ll work with one of Snowshoe’s female certified snowboard instructors to work on your riding. During the second day, you’ll continue your progress with US Snowboard Team member Molly Aguirre. You’ll also get to test out the newest female snowboards from Burton’s on-snow demo clinic. Best of all, you’ll end the camp with Molly on an adventure excursion to our backcountry hut for dinner.
You’ll enjoy the camaraderie of lodging in our 3 bedroom Summit Condos along with 2 other campers. If you’ve already got a place to stay, a camp package without lodging also exists.

Head’s Women’s Ski Camp – Jan. 8th-11th
This is an incredible opportunity for female skiers from beginner to advanced to work with world class instructors. Lisa Densmore is on the design team for Head Ski’s female products and she is a former member of the US Ski Team. Pam Fletcher is a former US Ski Team member and winner a World Cup race at Vail and an on-air personality for the Outdoor Life Network. These ladies know their stuff! You’ll test out the newest female specific gear, enjoy an apres ski party and have an adventure tour to our Backcountry Hut for dinner.
Groups of 3 women will lodge in our 3 bedroom Summit condo units. Or, if you already have lodging, a camp package without lodging exists.
