The summary of the update: Matthew says to expect a gorgeous Monday. Things will get a little damp as some light rain is expected arriving sometime later on Wednesday. There are some chances for more in the way snow into WV and Maryland. Things get colder Thursday evening in West Virginia and Maryland and should bring some snowmaking temps back. For the rest of the region it may be Friday night before things are cold enough for snowmaking.
The beginning of the following week looks colder with some chances of Wintry precip.
