The North Carolina Mountains have had many colder-than-normal days thus far and even though things will temporarily mild up a bit…we will still be seeing temps that are below normal for the next few days.

Today and Friday should be Partly Cloudy and cold with highs around 35° today and a more normal 41° on Friday and Saturday.  Lows will still allow for snowmaking with lows tonight around 25° and near freezing friday night.  Saturday should turn most cloudy as the day progresses with a chance of late precip in the form of a mix of rain/snow.  Sunday is looking colder again and snowy.  We may see that White Christmas.  Highs should be near freezing and lows in the 20s.  More of the same for Monday.  Actually the long range forecast through next week shows temps holding in the 30s with several chances for snow three different days next week.

Stay tuned!
