It’s going to be a rainy day with some mixed wintry precip on Friday. If you’re traveling to the ski area of your choice today, be sure to check out the road conditions via the DOT links that we provide. As of 3am this morning that have been reports of some icy patches on the some of the Interstates, particularly those roads into Virginia and portions of WV.

Friday is going to be a bit wet with rain and highs around 37° today, but the weekend should be a Chamber of Commerce like weekend with sunny skies Saturday and some clouds coming in on Sunday, but perfect for skiing and riding.

If you’re headed northward, you may see a bit more in the way of wet snow today, and better chances of snow Friday evening…but again Saturday and Sunday look great.

So make Friday a wet travel day and prepare for a great time this weekend, with really quite nice conditions for this weekend with overnight snowmaking and no snowmaking during your ski sessions, with blue skies for the weekend.

What the heck are you waiting for? Pack your gear and get your rear off this computer and get up here!

Enjoy your day…

Until Next time…
