HERE’S THE SKIER’S FORECAST FOR THE MIDATLANTIC AND SOUTHEAST RESORTS:

For WISP, TIMBERLINE & CANAAN…. Looking at an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms to wrap up the season with temperatures in the upper 50’s and lower 60’s. A 70% chance of showers and storms continues into Sunday night with lows in the middle 40’s. Sunshine is back for Monday with the mercury climbing back into the lower 60’s.

SNOWSHOE… A warm and wet Sunday with an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will climb into the middle and upper 50’s. Showers and possible thunderstorms hold on (40% chance) into Sunday evening with lows in the middle 40’s. The work week begins with partly cloudy skies and highs in the middle 50’s.

HERE’S THE OUTLOOK FOR THE WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS….
A wet Sunday for the High Country with an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will warm up into the low 60’s for the afternoon. A 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms will hold on through the evening with decreasing clouds late and lows in the middle 40’s. Partly cloudy skies will return for Monday with temperatures in the upper 60’s and low 70’s.
