MOUNTAIN FORECAST

Friday: Hi 48° Lo 22° – Partly Sunny.

Saturday: Hi 47° Lo 30° (SNOWMAKING) -Mostly Cloudy

Sunday: Hi 41° Lo 35° (SNOWMAKING) – 80% Chance of snow, mostly cloudy.

Monday: Hi 44° Lo 30° (SNOWMAKING) – 50 % Chance of snow, mostly cloudy.

Tuesday: Hi 45° Lo 27° (SNOWMAKING) – Partly Sunny

Wednesday: Hi 44° Lo 28°(SNOWMAKING) – Partly Sunny

Thursday: Hi 34° Lo 29° – Mostly Cloudy with 50% Chance of precipitation as well as ICE.

MLK WEEKEND

Watch out for the crowded weekends at all Ski Resorts, MLK Weekend can be a crazy but a fun time, so parents make sure you know where your kids are at all times and try not to run over anyone on the slopes. The weather is looking A LOT better than we were expecting a few days ago, partly sunny with a chance of some snow on Sunday and maybe Monday, but skiers won’t have to buddle up like an eskimo, which is new for a change! Have a wonder MLK Holiday Weekend and BE SAFE!!

WV Mountains for MLK WEEKEND:

Today: A chance of drizzle after 2pm. Cloudy, with a high near 36. Breezy, with a west wind between 16 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Tonight: A chance of drizzle before 8pm, then a chance of freezing drizzle. Cloudy, with a low around 28. West wind between 9 and 11 mph.

Saturday: A chance of freezing drizzle before 10am, then a chance of drizzle between 10am and 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41. West wind between 9 and 14 mph. Saturday Night: Freezing rain likely, mainly after 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Northwest wind at 10 mph becoming south. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Sunday: Freezing rain before 11am, then freezing rain, possibly mixed with snow between 11am and noon, then rain, possibly mixed with snow after noon. High near 36. Windy, with a southeast wind 14 to 17 mph increasing to between 25 and 28 mph. Winds could gust as high as 41 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. Sunday Night: Rain or freezing rain, becoming all freezing rain after 2am. Low around 28. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
