Thursday: Rain showers likely, mainly before 7am. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 44. Light wind becoming west between 15 and 18 mph. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
