Appalachian Ski Mtn. has an exciting weekend ahead for skiers & snowboarders.
The 51st season will kick off Friday, November 30 – with the first 100 guests to the Ticket Cashier receiving a FREE Ski Ticket!
ASM will be skiing on 4 slopes for Friday– Upper Big Appal, Lower Big Appal, Appaltizer, and the Appaljack Terrain Park.
Appaljack will have a variety of mellow park features throughout the entire run, including a 20’ culvert, our new 20’ Never Summer A-Frame Box, a 16’ Flat Box, our 20’ Mailbox, a 24’ Flat Rail, our new 13’ Up-to-Flat Box, as well as additional portable features that will be setup throughout the day as conditions allow!
In celebration of the 50th Anniversary, Appalachian will be extending the special Anniversary Weekend Ski Ticket special through Monday, December 3rd. This means our original 1962 rate of $5 ski tickets for the day session (9am – 4pm) will be offered Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! Night Skiing will be in effect on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night from 5-10pm.
The forecast calls for pleasant temperatures and dry conditions over the next several days – ideal for skiing & riding. Take advantage of this amazing early season special offer and enjoy your weekend on the snow at App Ski Mtn.
As of 4pm Monday afternoon, ASM will be suspending slope operations until the following weekend (Dec. 8 & 9), weather permitting.
Ice Skating will continue to operate on a regular schedule, with 2-hour sessions offered from Noon, 2:30pm, & 7pm daily.
The Alpine Ski Shop will be open during skiing hours over the weekend, and from 8:30am – 4:30pm daily next week.
