There is a $49 night ticket for Snowshoe. Some folks on DCSki seem to think that's new. Is it?

Does seem unusual that Silver Creek should be open by this weekend. It's usually open during Christmas week, isn't it?

Yes. Usually a week or two prior to Christmas.
