Ski Southeast Messageboard

Looking in doing a ski vacation during winter break. Any suggestions on family friendly place to stay? We may want to take our 13 pound maltese, any dog-friendly choices? First time skiiers so will want instruction and options like sledding. Reasonable prices?

When is your break and for how long would you have to stay?

Your dog can ski? THAT's impressive

Be careful. There are several members on here that are not Dog friendly.

how big is your group if you can actually rent a house you should have no problem bringing your dog -- your own place w/ a kitchen also makes a family trip a lot funner

Learning as and adult, now there's a concept! Learned in a 48 year old body with a 25 year old mind. And been going ever since!

Sounds like my mom Pink. She first skiied at Jackson Hole for the first time when she was 50 when they moved to Idaho. She's 78 and still ski's.

That's just one of the many ways you are admirable

Now Pink, when you get that 48 y/o body to function like a 25 y/o body, we will have a thread to carry us until ski season.
