For the nationwide picture of what's happening now: Continental US radar
Amount of Precipitation Forecast: Precipitation Forecast
Amount of Precipitation Fallen in the past X days: Actual Precipitation
Local Radar Knoxville, TN
Local Mtn Forecast Newfound Gap, GSMNP
NC Mountains Forecast

For Precipitation Forecast and Actual, the numbers given are for liquid amounts. If I know that liquid is/was snow then I multiply the liquid amount by a factor of 8-10.
