Just wondering ... Why doesnt sugar mt. Have the big snow gun fan machines, like most of the other resorts? Do they have newer snow machines or older ones?

Why invest in better equipment if you'll make the same amount of money regardless? Doesn't make financial sense to management to do so

What kind of snow machine is better?

depends on the weather. If it is real marginal temps, the air/water mix guns are the best. They have a larger range of when they can make snow. Fan guns produce a higher quantity and quality snow, but are more temp sensitive.
