Hi! I am coaching the Cabarrus County Special Olympics Ski and Snowboard team again this year and we are in need of used ski boots and skis to give to the athletes so they can practice at home.
A lot of the equipment we have is dry rotted or we don't have any in-between sizes in boots to fit them. **They use this equipment at home to get used to the feel of boots and skis on grass. They will get rentals when we go up to App Ski in February for the winter games.
If you have any equipment that you wouldn't mind parting with, please let me know!

The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

Are you from the Concord area? Will you pick them up? I live in Salisbury and I think I have a set of skis (probably about 150 cm).
