Big Powder Hound #3046 with locks and key and ski lift (optional bracket to raise rack to accommodate low clearance roofs). I never had to use skilifts. Fits round and square bar roof racks. Holds 4pr skis or 2 boards and 1 pr skis. Used but in very good condition. Removed during off seasons. $45 plus shipping (from WV). PM me.
