It was wonderful. I figured it was a good time to say goodbye. AJ is way better than me now. he spent an entire day in the trees between the lift line and Gilbert's gulch and otherwise just lapped nugget and exhibition. He even pulled a wong banger out on Nugget on one of the bumps which he was proud of having watched Dog days of Winter. He's an old soul: Cuphead, saving private Ryan and Warren Miller They had great groomed runs, some ungroomed with a foot of power in them and as the days wore on it turned to sierra cement. Can't ask for a better time.

The resort employees and official communication from the resort are very different things. The resort tripled prices since 2019. The employees don't seem to like this and will help you out with all of this recommending alternative rental sites and giving comp tix. There's a palpable disconnect. It's in the favor of the skier. There's also a good movement to block the resort from privatizing. The parent company is treating the season like a cash grab, the locals are all pretty bothered and I saw fliers regularly encouraging people to attend zoning board meetings to stop it.

Good Friday was a powder day

It's a deep year there. Those windows are on the third floor

We got some love for the McConkey jersey. Even met a UGA alum who correctly realized it was Ladd rather than Shane
