My niece wanted to try out skiing so we picked an evening and headed up. Naturally I pick the first day for Holiday rates. I figured a night session would be good. Its short and less crowded, so if she hates it theres less time and money blown and if she likes it theres less goober factor to dodge. Luckily she liked it. By the end of the night she was doing Lower OMG pretty well. Got to witness a temp inversion first hand as well I think. When we got up the mtn a little before 6 it was 43 degrees, at a little after 10 heading down it was 47.

AJ did really well as a coach providing pointers and lots of positive reinforcement. It was good to see. He's mentioned wanting to be an instructor maybe (still some yrs off)
