Makes more difference for folks who live in DC/NoVA, but today Vail Resorts closed on the merger with Peak Resorts. Since Peak bought Snowtime before the 2018-19 season, that means people with an Epic pass will have unlimited access to Whitetail, Liberty, and Roundtop in PA, plus Hunter in the Catskills, and Mt. Snow in southern VT. There are other locations too, 17 total.

I think the most interesting Peak location from a terrain standpoint is Wildcat in NH. Especially if can go when there is a view of Mt. Washington. The high speed quad to the summit is great for getting in a lot of skiing in a short amount of time.

Anyone already have an Epic pass?

Nah, not Ikon. I want Beech to join the Indy Pass. That has Cat and Massanutten already. Plus Canaan Valley and Blue Knob. Not too hard to do some driving to get in enough days to make the $199 price a pretty good deal.

If Beech, Sugar or Cat signed on with Ikon or Epic, I would be all in.

How about if they joined the Freedom Pass? That's one of the ones where a season pass comes with a few days at an assorted list of ski areas scattered around the country. Includes Magic in VT and Plattkill in NY.
