Winter is literally one day away. After one more day (today) of mild temps, we can FINALLY look forward to seeing Old Man Winter’s face again! Check out this breakdown of weather for Snowshoe as an illustration of what to expect:
Thursday – Hi 58 Lo 29 – Cloudy / Maybe some rain
Friday – Hi 37 Lo 5 – Partly Cloudy
Saturday – Hi 25 Lo 8 – Partly Cloudy
Sunday – Hi 23 Lo 3 – Partly Cloudy
Monday – Hi 24 Lo 4 – Partly Cloudy
Conditions at all resorts are very SPRING-LIKE but you can expect that the snowguns will fire (maybe even tonight at some locations) by sometime Friday and as we have mentioned before all of the resorts will be making snow to their optimum capabilities every moment that the temps allow. There is a fair chance that they will STAY on around the clock at some locations…and at worst will run the majority of the time. So pack your goggles, and bring plenty of layers because it will be cold.
