We have our first contender for the longest 2012-2013 season. Cataloochee announced today on their Facebook page that they plan to remain open now until the end of the season. I don’t want to jinx it, but could it be… 150 days of skiing/snowboarding?! We may need to hibernate all summer just to recuperate, but I’m not complaining!

Below is Cat’s operating schedule:

Now – Dec 9: Mon – Fri, 9am – 4:30pm; Sat – Sun, 8:30am – 4:30pm
*Nov 21: 9am – 10pm
*Nov 22: 8:30am – 4:30pm
*Nov 23 – 24: 8:30am – 10pm
*Nov 25: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Dec 10 – March 9: Weekday/Non-Holiday, 9am – 10pm; Weekend/Holiday, 8:30am – 10pm
*Dec 25: 1pm – 10pm
March 10 & On: Mon – Fri, 9am – 4:30pm; Sat – Sun, 8:30am – 4:30pm

For more details, be sure to check out their website and/or Facebook page.
