Appalachian Ski Mountain has announced the operations plan for the 2020-21 season in response to COVID-19.

App Ski Mountain has made several improvements and changes to help keep guests and staff safe this winter.
Perhaps this biggest change is that online reservations will now be required for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, equipment rentals, and season memberships.

Clothing rentals, nursery, park passes, and parking will also now be available online to help provide guests with the most time on the slopes and limit time in the lodge.

Reservations will not be required for members and Nights-Only passholders.

App Ski Mountain will be self-imposing capacity restrictions for the 2020-21 season, and the ski area capacity will be reduced by up to 40%.

Each person will have a specific 5-minute timeslot for ticket pick-up on the day of their reservation, and the Flex Ticket will start when your ticket is issued.

Other changes include the requirement of facial coverings in all indoor spaces as well when in lift lines, on chairlifts, in lessons, and on the ice floor, reduced capacities in all dining areas, and a new self-group policy for all chairlifts.

App Ski Mountain is set to open the 2020-21 winter season on Friday, November 20.
