Dinah Carver is a Madison County native and grew up enjoying the beauty that is Bald Mountain. Dinah met her husband in Flag Pond, Tennessee and together they raised a son and daughter. Following a move to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1976, Dinah and her husband felt called to move back to the mountain. In 1992 the Carvers returned to the Wolf Laurel area and in 1998 Dinah opened her own real estate company after several years with North Carolina Properties. Now called "Wolf Mountain Realty," Dinah runs this real estate and resort rentals business with her daughter, Connie. Dinah’s son Chuck and husband Paul are Wolf Laurel contractors and own "Home Improvements by Paul."
Joining her mother at the helm of Wolf Mountain Realty is Connie Carver. Connie knew, following the family’s move to St. Petersburg, that she wanted to raise her own daughter in Madison county, near the 5 generations of family members living there. Upon returning to the Wolf Laurel Area, Connie began working at "The Barn," a general store offering resort rentals. In 1997 Connie decided that going into real estate was the logical path and joined her mother, Dinah, at Wolf Mountain Realty.
