We are surrounded by National Forest, 3 Wilderness Areas, and the Parkway. We have a Wildlife Trail on our property, in addition to the many hiking trails, water falls, wineries & microbreweries in surrounding Nelson County. For your convenience we have a Country Store, Natural Theme Gift Shop and seasonal "Parkway Deli" on site.

Directions

From: Washington, D.C. Beltway/1-66 West/ Gainesville and RT. 29 South Exit

Take RT. 29 south to 1-64 west. 1-64 west, to exit 99, at stop sign TURN RIGHT, go 540 feet TURN RIGHT at big sign with arrow pointing RIGHT, go 150 feet to stop sign, turn RIGHT, this is the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY going south. Go approx. 16 miles, turn RIGHT onto RT. 814, continue approx 200 yds. turn left into ROYAL OAKS.

ALTERNATE ROUTE (Parkway may be closed due to snow and ice)

1-64 west to exit 96 (Sherando/Lyndhurst exit) Turn left at the end of ramp, this is RT. 624 stay on this road, the numbers change, RT. 624 changes to RT. 664 changes to RT. 814, continue to top of mountain, turn right into ROYAL OAKS

From: 1-81

1-64 east to exit 99. At stop sign turn right, go 500 ft. turn right at LARGE sign with arrow pointing right, go 150 ft. to stop sign and TURN RIGHT, this is the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY going south, go approx 16 miles turn RIGHT onto RT. 814 continue approx 200 yds. turn left into ROYAL OAKS.
