DirectionsFROM: I-40 W to Exit 27 - which is US 74 towards Waynesville.
Watch for Walmart on your right. Get in the right lane and get off at Exit 103. This is Highway 19 or Dellwood Rd.
You will go through three traffic lights. After the second light you are in the city limits of Maggie Valley.
Continue on and you will see the Maggie Valley Inn on the right. You will go through one more traffic light. Move over in the left lane. The next left you come to will be Appalachian Trail.
After turning left on Appalachian Trail, Ferguson House is the first driveway on the right. The house is described as a white sided ranch house with green shutters and roof.
I-40 E to Exit 20. - which is US 276 or Jonathan Creek Rd. toward Maggie Valley.
At the first traffic light, turn right onto US 19 or Soco Road. You are in the city limits of Maggie Valley.
After turning right, the Maggie Valley Inn will be on the right. You will go through one more traffic light. Move over in the left lane. The next left you come to will be Appalachian Trail.
After turning left on Appalachian Trail, Ferguson House is the first driveway on the right. The house is described as a white sided ranch house with green shutters and roof.
441 N to Highway 23/74. - towards Waynesville and Asheville.
Stay on Highway 23/74 until you come to the Maggie Valley exit 102B which is US 276.
When you get off you will see Kmart on the left. Go to the third traffic light and make a left. This is Highway 19 or Dellwood Rd.
