Timberline Ski Resort in Davis WV is a favorite West Virginia Ski Resort of many for a number of different reasons. Like the other WV Ski Resorts, Timberline Resort receives an enormous amount of natural snow, on average about 150 inches per season! In fact, last season at Timberline Ski Resort more than 172 inches of snow fell! Known as a winter wonderland, Timberline Resort is a four season mountain resort that offers more than just fabulous Timberline Ski Conditions for skiing and boarding. At Timberline Ski Resort you can check out ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing as well as wonderful resort amenities. Located in the northern region of the Canaan Valley, Timberline Resort has 36 trails and slopes that offer something to everyone with varying experience levels.

The really wonderful thing about Timberline Ski Resort is the nice, fair breakdown of slopes with varying difficulty as each level gets about a third of the skiable terrain. Those with advanced skills love Timberline Resort as there are numerous steeps, moguls, bumps and two separate terrain parks that are great for perfecting your skills and trying out tricks. For night owls, night skiing is available on 30% of the trails at Timberline Resort on Thursdays through Sundays.
