By all accounts the Ski and Snowboard Comp at Snowshoe this weekend was a great one.

Andrea Smith of Snowshoe reported, “It was a beautiful day for competition at Snowshoe Mountain Resort.  Today’s slopestyle competition featured a combination of rails and tabletops. Skiers and riders used them to put together runs judged on a scale of one to ten.

Tom Wallisch and Chuck Lingle of Pittsburgh, PA ran away with first place in the men’s ski and board competitions respectively.  Christy Nasser took home first place in the women’s snowboard division.
