Sugar Mountain Suspends Ski and Snowboarding Ops…but Still “Open”

Uh Oh… It’s Happening…

Sugar Mountain Resort posted this update moments ago.

Skiing and snowboarding will be suspended today at 4:30pm until the weather brings us some snow or temperatures allow for snowmaking.

 

We will continue to offer Ice Skating and Tubing as conditions allow and Scenic Lift Rides on Summit Express. Plus don’t miss the live music Saturday and Sunday in the main lodge cafeteria.

Our schedule of activities through the weekend are as follows:

Thursday, December 24
  Ice Skating & Tubing 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm Sessions (weather permitting)
Friday, December 25
  Ice Skating & Tubing 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm Sessions (weather permitting)
  Scenic Lift Rides 12:00 – 9:00pm
  Sports Shop Hours 12:00 – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday, December 26-27
  Ice Skating & Tubing 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm (weather permitting)
  Scenic Lift Rides 12:00 – 9:00pm
  Sports Shop Hours 12:00 – 7:00pm
  LIVE MUSIC (Saturday) The Johnson Brothers: 4:00 – 6:00pm
  LIVE MUSIC (Sunday) Mountain Creek: 4:00 – 6:00pm

 

Scenic Lift Ride Ticket Pricing
Adult (12+) Child (5-11)
One Time Ride $30 $20
All Day Ticket $50 $30
VIP Gondola Ride $300 for maximum of 3 people. Reservation required: 800-Sugar-MT x 261
  • Children 4 and Under are free with paying adult.
  • Tickets available at the Summit Express base station a half hour before the lift operates until a half hour before the lift closes.

All activities are subject to change due to weather and/or other factors.
