Weather

Stay up to date by getting notified of new posts!

We will be some 14° Milder than normal for lows tonight and about 11° warmer for daytime highs today as temps will rise in the mid 60s today and we even have a 40% chance of thunderstorms today and a slight chance tonight.  Sunday will be even warmer with highs around 67° with a 30% chance of a shower or two.  Monday brings more chances of rain with highs in the 70s and a 40% shot at a thunderstorm.  There’s a 70% chance of rain Monday night.  Tuesday should bring rain early and then a mix of rain and snow Tuesday night as temps drop quickly into the 20s overnight.  Wednesday should be beautiful with sunny skies and a high of 48° which is near the normal high of 53°.

This time last year we had just finished wrapping up a FOOT of snow within the preceding week!  On top of that we saw another one inch of snow on this date last season and then another 2” on Sunday.  So it was definitely a snowy week in 2005 at this point.

The records for this date in weather history were:

The record high was set back in 1990 with a high of 75°
The record low was 4° in 1998!
We saw 4” of snow in this date back in 1978.

Until Next Time!
