Roots Ride Shop Grand Opening

"On Saturday, Dec. 17, Beech Mountain Resort will host the grand opening of its newest addition: Roots Rideshop.

Just in time for the holiday season, Roots will host the largest sale the High Country has seen yet. Offering the most competitive prices on apparel as well as ski and snowboard equipment, all purchases will receive a raffle ticket for a drawing at the Rail Jam. Roots Rideshop’s indoor skate ramp will be open to the public throughout the day. Ski and snowboard demos will also be featured.

The Roots Rail Jam will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 in the heart of the Beech Tree Village. This spectator-friendly event will feature Ski and Snowboard categories with $1,000 in Roots Rideshop credit for first prize in each. Second and third place winners will receive prizes from Smith, Scott, Armada, Flow, Bataleon, Vans, Spyder, Dakine, Billabong, and Loki. There is no entry fee for this Rail Jam!

Awards for the Rail Jam will be held following the event in the Beech Tree Bar & Grille at 6:30 p.m. Teton Gravity Research will premier "One for the Road," a ski and snowboard film featuring some of the top athletes competing in these sports, after the awards ceremony. Live music will follow the premier! There will be no charge for the film or band so come celebrate Roots Rideshop’s Grand Opening at Beech Mountain Resort."
