The Tom Wallisch Memorial Day Weekend Railjam at Wisp Resort turned out to be a spectacular night. There were about 80 skiers and riders anywhere from the Midwest to up and down the East Coast that attended the Saturday evening event. Wisp Ski Resort did a great job of grooming out an awesome park set up of four features, an 8-10 inch base, about 50 – 100 ft. wide and 375 feet long. There was a practice session that began around 8 p.m. and then the event kicked off about 8:30 p.m. Awards and prizes from Verizon Wireless, Monster Energy and many other sponsors were given out up until about midnight and the top snowboarder in the Open Pro Class was Tristan Sadler and the top Open Pro Skier was Tim McChesnney. Give your congrats to these two winners!
