HERE’S THE SKIER’S FORECAST FOR THE MIDATLANTIC AND SOUTHEAST RESORTS:

For WISP, TIMBERLINE & CANAAN….. As we wrap up the week and head through the weekend we’ll see an 80% rain chance for Friday with more showers (50%) Saturday and a 30% chance on Sunday. Temperatures will range from the upper 50’s and lower 60’s for highs and near 40 for lows through Sunday.

SNOWSHOE… Odds of wet weather for Friday will be at 60%…. with a 50% rain chance on Saturday and more scattered showers Sunday (30% chance). Temperatures will range in the middle and upper 50’s through Saturday, with the mercury climbing into the low 60’s for Sunday.

WINTERGREEN….. The week will end with a 30% rain chance on Friday and highs in the low 70’s. The weekend will be fairly consistent with rain chances between 20% and 30%. Temperatures will warm up into the upper 60’s both Saturday and Sunday, with lows through the weekend in the low and middle 40’s.

HERE’S THE OUTLOOK FOR THE WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS….
A dry and mild pattern lock in for the High Country for the next several days. Friday will be partly cloudy with highs in the middle 60’s and a low around 47 degrees. For Saturday and Sunday highs will be mainly in the middle 60’s with overnight lows in the middle 40’s. A bit cooler for Monday with more sunshine and readings in the low 60’s.
