On Snow Reports from Saturday –

David Barr was at Appalachian Saturday – "What a great day to be on the slopes in North Carolina. The temperatures were just right, the skies were blue as heck and the snow was terrific! It was busier than I imagined today and lift lines were a little lengthy at times but it was a great day to be on the slopes."

Denise Terrell was at Hawksnest – "There were a lot of people tubing on Saturday and it looked like a lot of fun but it couldn’t compare for a great time skiing today. The snow was plentiful, although there were some icy spots up on Top Gun, but after one trip down those were avoidable. The view from up top was spectacular and Hawksnest has become a favorite of mine. If you haven’t been in a while, you should try them. Maybe not so I can save it for myself!"

Ben Robertson was at Ski Beech on Sunday – "I have never skied Beech before – when it was as good as it was on Saturday. Man was the conditions sweet. Lots of snow, no icy spots to speak of and while it was pretty busy, the lift lines never got to be too bad. I’ll be back next weekend and can’t wait to hit Beech again."
