We’ve been busy creating a TON of new content for you guys to look at. We please to say that the early returns from the comments that we’ve received about www.HighCountryWeather.com have ALL been great. We’re JUST GETTING started with that website’s content and data delivery. We can’t wait for everything to come together on that thing. It will be great providing the region’s ONLY weather website that is providing real time weather delivery from the mountains of the Southeast and Mid Atlantic.

October was a festival and activity filled month and we’ve put together what we think is a pretty cool representation of what the last month delivered in terms of gorgeous weather for the Octoberfest’s of the region as well as the Woolly Worm Festival, Tweetsie’s Ghost Train and we even through in some fall foliage video from Moses Cone Park and some snowy videos of October snow that fell at Snowshoe Mountain.

Just so that we don’t get a lot of comments about the SkiSoutheast.com Intro we just wanted to show you guys some things we’re working on to perhaps debut a "SkiSoutheast TV show" via Sports South coming to a television near you at some point in the future. Cool huh?

We receive a ton of emails from you guys asking us to share photos of the fall colors, etc and for those that couldn’t or didn’t make it up to the mountain in the last few weeks, here’s what you missed. Don’t be a stranger…come on up and join the fun!

Be sure to check back often for more photos being posted as well as our video blog. If you have not yet visited our Ski Messageboard Forum you should do so.
