Thanks to Matthew East of Carolina News 14 for providing his update this morning for the week ahead. He has provided us with the news that ski areas from Wisp to Wolf Ridge should see some wintry weather again this week with snows across much of the area on Tuesday and Thursday.
He did say that accummulations would be light and that some of the NC mountain may see a freezing rain, mix to snow event on Tuesday before changing over to snow Tuesday night. There’s another round of snow to delight ski resort visitors on Thursday.
Even better news is that ski resorts all across the region should be able to MAKE SNOW nearly around the clock with the possible exception of on Tuesday when the temps may be borderline for some ski areas.
