They have been running it 1/3-1/2 speed so that's not a good basis of comparison. It has been running 1.6 meters per second. During the week it will be running in the upper 3's. Give the operators time to get used to the new equipment. It's not as easy as just flipping a switch.

Ah, you know... the public wants to flip a switch and turn it into Micky World Skiing.

Very retired patrol member. It's a battle to put down snow here. Soon, though, it will be a growth industry.
