Epic Passes

Hey Friends, been a while.

Curious if anyone in Utah has bought the Park City 4 pack. I'm going to SLC this season and this price is a steal.

It says you must be a Utah resident but nothing in the checkout process asks for proof. Since they typically mail you the pass, I don't see how they would know.

Anyone bought this in the past and had to prove Utah residence?

Hope all is well with everyone.

Only mail them to UT addresses?

I may be confused but Can’t you go to epic pass dot com and buy the epic four day pass and not worry about local status? This is my 5th year with the epic local pass. I split my winter travel between Jackson and the summit county area of Colorado. I buy them online and have never had an issue. They fully know my address.. not sure why it would be a local only PC deal up. The epic site shows it as unrestricted there?

I thought the Epic pass was different from what you are talking about. Maybe its just terminology

I know that in colorado 4packs at many resorts can only be purchased there which is what makes the online 4-pack that are paper tickets mailed to you so exceptional for A-basin and Loveland; but JT3 you have bought smaller 4 day packages?

I thought the epic pass was only a multi mountain season pass deal. You guys should post links to this, I'll look too, hate to miss a deal

its listed as $650?

I found the Epic four day pass but it's listed as $449, that is very pricey for me https://www.epicpass.com/passes/epic-4-day.aspx

A-basin and Loveland 4-packs are still only about $160

Nothing like the access that the Epic 4 allows I realize but a pretty radical price difference.

I think I will stick with skiing off Highway passes to switch backs, the Gems card card as I posted before and whatever bogo Shell gas stations are offering this year.

Also when I stay at the hostel in Leadville I can often score 30 dollar tickets for the altogether epic 1200 vert of Ski Cooper (I know where the trees are, every deadly stump) WhooHoo

Ah I see it now $319, not bad https://www.epicpass.com/passes/park-ci ... -pass.aspx

the TGR board could probably answer the resident question -- if you don't have a profile there I can post the question if it would help

I've been buying the same unrestricted epic 4day pass for years. I think Rmac is asking about a Utah specific pass advertised being limited to residents, or those tolerant of low alcohol drinks. I'm neither.

Yes the Park City 4 pack. Sorry I should have clarified.

I think I'm gonna go for it. I posted on TGR - no real help https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/sho ... ost5119593

gotcha. I have only purchased the epic local pass. I usually stay out there around 2-3 weeks each winter, so it pays for itself pretty quickly.

You mean you don't appreciate irrelevant information given in a condescending tone?
