Taking the family up after kids get out of school tomorrow (so we'll get there 10ish). We're staying at Sugar Ski & CC. We only have a RWD Pathfinder. I'm thinking we'll be Ok, but had some conversations with the wife about renting a 4wd. Idk, I don't think snow is going to be an issue, but it might be icy. How is the road up to the resort?

Agreed. The roads should be fine to Sugar. The area takes great care to keep open those vital revenue lanes.

I'll smile and wave at Sugar on my way to Beech this weekend. :)

Yeah, it's a zoo. Pretty much Oma's meadow all day - all the other lift lines are ridiculous. Snow is great though!

As crowded as it is, that line moves fast. Probably worst time to the top was around 20-25 minutes line + lift. Northridge is a mess. Gunther's way lift is usually no wait though. Oma's lift is pretty short wait too.
