WCNC Chief Meteorologist Brad Panovich is back today with both good and bad news.  More warmth and heavy rain is in our immediate future BUT the beginning of 2016 looks to bring about some sustained cold which should help to jumpstart the ski season here in the Southeast.  Watch below.
