Appalachian Ski Mtn. is open for Skiing, Snowboarding, and Ice Skating over this special holiday week with 9 slopes, including 2 terrain parks and a 18 – 42″ base. Weather conditions look wintry for the next few days, with a chance for snow showers later this afternoon. Snowmaking should resume overnight tonight and throughout the week as temperatures permit. ASM will also offer the region’s only late-night skiing & riding this Holiday Week, with our Midnight Blast Sessions offered every night Dec. 26-30. All slopes will remain open through Midnight, giving more ride time and flexibility than ever.
Appalachian has lots going on for New Year’s Eve, ring in 2013 in style! ASM offers a world class Fireworks display, torchlight skiing and more. A special moonlight ice skating session is offered from 10 pm to midnight. Restaurant Specials also are available from 9pm to midnight on New Year’s Eve.
