Looking for a special way to ring in 2013? Well here's an option for you. The 1861 Farmhouse in Valle Crucis, NC is offering a rather delicious sounding dinner on December 31st. Here's what you can look forward to... Chef Sam Beasley has put together a truly fantastic menu for our New Year's Eve Dinner! Some highlights of this Seven Course Gourmet meal include: Butternut Squash Bisque, 1861 Oysters Rockefeller, Shrimp and Goat Cheese Ravioli, and Grilled Hanging Buffalo Tenders . . . Not to be outdone, our Head Baker Carla Booth will be creating a delectable assortment of Petit Fours for Dessert . . . Creme Brulee Profiterole. Tarte Tatin, Chef Samís Homemade Caramel Corn Ice Cream, and Chocolate Walnut Bread Pudding with Maple Bourbon Creme Anglais Sauce. . .
