There are plenty of festivities happening in Blowing Rock today for locals and visitors to celebrate Halloween. The Halloween Festival includes a Monster March, scavenger hunt, hay rides, games, prizes, and more. For details, call 828-295-5222.
Tweetsie Railroad's Ghost Train has its final run today. Engineer Casey Bones takes his passengers on a scary fun ride they won't forget! Advance tickets are required; visit www.tweetsie.com for more information.
Last but certainly not least, Ensemble Stage draws back the curtain at 7pm for its re-creation of a classic, Dracula. General seating tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for students. Call the box office at 828-414-1844.
To take part in all the action, you'll certainly need some good food. Pat's Almost World Famous Cheeseburgers Grille is just the place to eat. Located at the Shoppes on the Parkway, it's the ideal location. Don't waste an extra minute on the road driving to another restaurant. You won't want to miss a moment of fun.
Put on your costume, head over to Blowing Rock, and come hungry!
